How to become a provider

1. Download the Get Work app

Download the Get Work app from the App Store or Google Play. All provider sign-up and management happens in the mobile app.

2. Register as a provider

Create an account and switch to provider mode. You'll need a valid email address to get started.

3. Complete your profile

Add your company or business name, tax ID, description, and address. This helps customers find and trust you.

4. Submit KYC documents

Upload your identity documents for verification. We require this to ensure a safe marketplace for everyone. Typical documents include ID and business registration (if applicable).

5. Wait for verification

Our team will review your documents. This usually takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email and app notification once approved.

6. Add services and availability

Once approved, add the services you offer, set your prices and duration, and configure your availability calendar. Customers book based on your free slots.

7. Start receiving bookings

Get notified when customers book. Chat with them in the app, complete the job, and receive secure payments through the platform.
