1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Get Work platform, including our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Get Work is a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking local services with verified service providers. We facilitate the booking process, payments, and communication between parties. Get Work does not provide the services directly; we act as an intermediary between customers and providers.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You may register as a customer or a service provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Service Providers
Service providers must complete a verification process (KYC) before offering services. Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Get Work. Providers are responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of their services. Get Work reserves the right to suspend or remove providers who violate our policies.
5. Bookings and Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Customers pay when booking; providers receive payments according to our payout schedule after services are completed. Get Work may charge a platform fee. All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary by service and provider. Customers may cancel reservations from their profile subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. Providers may cancel in case of unforeseen circumstances; affected customers will be notified and refunded if applicable.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not: circumvent the platform for direct payments; engage in fraudulent or illegal activity; harass other users; post false or misleading information; violate intellectual property rights; or use the service for any purpose other than its intended use. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
Get Work and its logos, branding, and content are owned by Get Work Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission. User-generated content (reviews, photos) may be used by Get Work to operate and promote the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Get Work is not liable for the actions of users, the quality of services provided by third parties, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question, where applicable.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
